Reservation Policy
- A deposit equal to the first night's rate, plus tax is due 14 days from the date of booking
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
- A security deposit of $500.00 is required upon arrival. A signed Visa or MasterCard Authorization form accepted only.
Cancellation Policy
- Prior to deposit being taken, a $25 administration fee will be charged.
- Between 14 days from booking and 30 days prior to arrival the deposit of the first night's rate plus taxes will be forfeited.
- Inside 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeited.
Chalet Guidelines
- More than the maximum people allowed for the chalet (14) is prohibited.
- No Smoking inside the Chalet.
- No pets at any time.
- Please review and follow all guidelines posted in the Chalet.
- Any excessive cleaning will be the responsibility of and charged to the guest;
- Dishes not clean - $25
- Garbage not picked up and bagged - $25
- Any excessive cleaning such as; liquid splashed on walls, stained or soiled linen or carpets, damage to Chalet articles or structure will be charged at the contract rate of $25 per hour.
- Hot tub that needs to be drained as a result of abuse - $100.00
- Any damage to the accommodations or contents within will be reimbursed fully by the guest.
- No excessive noise between 11 PM and 7 AM.
